Basecamp Wales statement on Coronavirus
Basecamp Wales are open and operating as usual and we will continue to follow the advice of the UK Government.
The safety of our staff and visitors is our first priority and as a leading hostel in North Wales we recognise our broader role in supporting public health and wellbeing.
All rooms at Basecamp Wales are private and we do not operate any group dorm rooms which will minimise any risks for our customers.
Basecamp Wales already has very robust, detailed procedures in place to manage safeguarding and health. These are reviewed regularly, additional measures have been introduced including extra hand sanitiser dispensers & antibacterial hand washing facilities.
We are advising staff and visitors to follow the most up to date guidance and we are closely monitoring all of our operations.
The latest advice from the UK government is updated at 2pm every day and can be found here.
If the situation changes in a way which will impact our approach, we will inform customers as soon as possible through internal channels, the this website and other appropriate media.
We recognise that people may be concerned about their travel and holiday plans and our dedicated customer service team can be contacted on 07736 677592 / 07450 986710 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend any guests booking holidays with us or any other accommodation provider to purchase suitable travel insurance.
